Refunds are applicable only for:
A clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory for all refund or return claims. Claims without video proof, original packaging, and product tags intact will be rejected.
Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by CHICX.
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method through Razorpay within 7 working days.
